Personal Hygiene

You will find many websites saying that personal hygiene has nothing to do with acne. Believe it or not but personal hygiene DO play an important role in overcoming acne. In my case i never realised dandruff can be the reason of acne until i contacted dermatologist and he advised me to take head bath three times a week. The pimples were reduced significantly in one month. If possible, have your hair cut short. It is better to use separate bath and face towels. Also do not share your towels with others. There are many other things you should take care of like changing and washing the pillow cases twice or thrice a week. Wash your face atleast twice a day with antibacterial soaps. Remember not to overdo this else your skin may become too dry. Do not touch/ scrub your face frequently as this can spread germs all over your face. Me too used to have habit of touching it again and again while working to check if it has reduced or not. Count on me, doing this will make the situation worse. Always wear sunscreen before you go in sun. Before going to bed, remove all your make-up as it can cause acne infections. Never ever try to pop out pimples/ zits on the face. If you squeeze them out regularly, it could lead to swelling and acne infections. Let the puss dry out naturally. Get a free report now for the acne root causes
